All healing sessions begin with a brief chat to see what you’d like to focus on that day, and end with a brief discussion to address any questions you might have regarding anything that came through during the session. During an Energy Healing or StarDrop© Session

In Person Sessions

Individual sessions are conducted with you on a massage table.

If you are receiving a dual or small group session, then a floor palette.

​

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. You will then receive various energy healing techniques to clear, align and balance the system. Additional issues are addressed as we go. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically, in gratitude for the assistance received.

These sessions are given with you fully clothed.

Long Distance Sessions

These sessions always begin and end either via phone or via video chat.

During the healing work you can either be on the phone or video with me, or lie down to relax and receive. The only difference from the above protocol is that you will receive the healing energy work long distance. If messages come through, and you are laying down to receive, I can relay them to you after the session.

During a Crystal or Intuitive Healing Session

In Person Sessions

I usually conduct sessions on a massage table, placing crystals both above and below you, unless otherwise requested (a floor palette can be substituted if you'd like a crystal array around you or are receiving a dual or small group session).

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. Then I place crystals on you, and in your energy field under the table (if you're on a floor palette, then on you and around you). Next I offer energy healing to assist the stones and guides and strengthen the integration of the work. Intuitive sessions include sound healing and additional energy work. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically and remove the stones.

 

After the session I send you photos of the stones we used so you can reconnect to the energies of the session. If any questions come up once you leave, please feel free contact me. I respond more quickly via text.

These sessions are given with you fully clothed. You may request to be partially undressed as long as all of your private areas covered.

Long Distance Sessions

These sessions always begin and end either via phone or via video chat.

During the healing work you can either be on the phone or video with me, or lie down to relax and receive. As you receive, I will place the stones energetically on and around you. If messages come through, I can relay them to you after the session if you are laying down to receive without being on the phone or video without me. I will send a photo after the session so you can visually connect to the stones used in the session. If you'd like information about these stones, we can have a 30 minute chat regarding them for an additional $30.

During a Sound Healing or Sound Bath Session

I can conduct individual Sound Healing sessions with you on a massage table. Sound Bath sessions are best conducted with you on the couch or on a floor palette. Dual and small group sessions are conducted with a mixture of couch or floor palette as desired.

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. I work intuitively with you guides to clear, re-calibrate and bring you into your most attuned resonance, overseeing energy work as needed. These sessions are especially good for clearing timelines and feeling the vibrations in your body. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically, in gratitude for the assistance received.

During an Essential Oil Session

In Person Only

Raindrop® sessions on conducted on a massage table. Magdalene© sessions are performed with you fully clothed and sitting on a couch. Emotional Release® sessions can be performed either way, depending on what needs addressing and your preference. For the Raindrop® and some Emotional Release sessions, I will need access to your bare back. Due to this you will need to remove your top, but your most private areas will always be fully covered. You are give privacy while undressing. I maintain a professional attitude towards this.

Raindrop® and Emotional Release & Rejuvenation®

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. In the full Raindrop® and Emotional Release® sessions, I will start by applying oils and vita-flex pulsing (light pulses with my fingers and short nails) on your feet while you lay on your back. In the mini sessions we will skip this step and start with this next one. Then I will have you flip onto your front with your head in the massage cradle (using draping for your privacy), and use the same techniques on your back. Throughout the session I will do some light techniques to assist the oils to be fully absorbed. As you relax, I will then place a warm compress over your back as I offer energy healing for balancing the chakras. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I remove the compress and wrap up the session energetically, leaving you alone to get dressed.

The Magdalene Treatment©

This is a sacred session that requires the proper alignment between the giver and the receiver. Therefore, a 15 minute interview is necessary before a session can be booked. If our energies do align, and I am guided to offer this session to you, I will begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session–all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. I then additionally call on the Divine energies of Mary Magdalene, Yeheshua and Christ Consciousness. I will ask to be infused with Divine Magdalene energy and I then will remove your shoes and bathe and oil your feet as she did (mind you, she is a different energy than many might believe from the conventional stories told), and offer Divine love and light throughout the session. I close the session by replacing your footwear and relaying messages received, again infusing you with Divine love and light from Source. This can be an incredibly healing session for those in need of what it truly offers. Please text or ring me to set up a time to discuss receiving this type of session.

Kansa Wand Healing Session

In Person Only

These sessions are conducted while lying on your back on a massage table, and are given with you fully clothed.

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. Then I place high quality organic oils on your face and neck, and perform pleasant Kansa wand techniques on your face, head, shoulders and neck. Then I work with the Kansa wand on your feet. Sometimes tuning forks are also applied to these areas as guided. Next I offer energy healing to balance the energy of the whole body, adding crystals and sound when requested. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I close the session energetically with gratitude.
