All healing sessions begin with a brief chat to see what you’d like to focus on that day, and end with a brief discussion about what came through during the session  and any questions you have. So figure in a 5-10 minute chat on either side, which is a part of your session time. Longer sessions have the luxury of longer consultations, which is why first time Intuitive Vibrational Healing sessions must be the 3 hour session. During an Energy Healing or StarDrop© Session

In Person Sessions

Individual sessions are conducted with you on a massage table.

If you are receiving a dual or small group session, then a floor palette.

​

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. You will then receive various energy healing techniques to clear, align and balance the system. Additional issues are addressed as we go. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically, in gratitude for the assistance received.

These sessions are given with you fully clothed.

Long Distance Sessions

These sessions always begin and end either via phone or via video chat.

During the healing work you can either be on the phone or video with me, or lie down to relax and receive. The only difference from the above protocol is that you will receive the healing energy work long distance. If messages come through, and you are laying down to receive, I can relay them to you after the session.

During a Crystal or Intuitive Healing Session

In Person Sessions

I usually conduct sessions on a massage table, placing crystals both above and below you, unless otherwise requested (a floor palette can be substituted if you'd like a crystal array around you or are receiving a dual or small group session).

​

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. Then I place crystals on you, and in your energy field under the table (if you're on a floor palette, then on you and around you). Next I offer energy healing to assist the stones and guides and strengthen the integration of the work. Intuitive sessions include sound healing and additional energy work. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically and remove the stones.

 

After the session I send you photos of the stones we used so you can reconnect to the energies of the session. If any questions come up once you leave, please feel free contact me. I respond more quickly via text.

These sessions are given with you fully clothed. You may request to be partially undressed as long as all of your private areas covered.

​

Long Distance Sessions

These sessions always begin and end either via phone or via video chat.

During the healing work you can either be on the phone or video with me, or lie down to relax and receive. As you receive, I will place the stones energetically on and around you. If messages come through, I can relay them to you after the session if you are laying down to receive without being on the phone or video without me. I will send a photo after the session so you can visually connect to the stones used in the session. If you'd like information about these stones, we can have a 30 minute chat regarding them for an additional $30.

During a Sound Healing or Sound Bath Session

I can conduct individual Sound Healing sessions with you on a massage table. Sound Bath sessions are best conducted with you on the couch or on a floor palette. Dual and small group sessions are conducted with a mixture of couch or floor palette as desired.

I begin by calling in guidance and asking for assistance with our goals for the session, all facilitated in the highest good from the purest energy Source. I work intuitively with you guides to clear, re-calibrate and bring you into your most attuned resonance, overseeing energy work as needed. These sessions are especially good for clearing timelines and feeling the vibrations in your body. Sometimes information or healing messages will come though that I will share. Near the end of our time, I wrap up the session energetically, in gratitude for the assistance received.
