According to Wikipedia ~ The dantian, dan t'ian, dan tien or tan t'ien is loosely translated as "elixir field", "sea of qi", or simply "energy center". Dantians are important focal points for meditative and exercise techniques such as qigong, martial arts such as t'ai chi ch'uan, and in traditional Chinese medicine.

So still then, what is a dan tien? Physically, it is where the largest masses of nerves & electical impulses (meridians) run through our bodies... in the digestive & sexual center; the heart; and the brain or third eye region. These are the chakras of flow & movement, the feminine/yin chakras. Connected to creation energy, love & wisdom... the Divine Feminine, and the Triple Goddess. These are the chakras connected to other dimentions of reality. Knowing and alignment manifested.
